End User License Agreement (EULA) for Wild Otter
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Hire a Canoe Ltd, located at Westwynd, Montford Bridge, Shropshire, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), for the mobile application Wild Otter ("Application"), which includes computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
3. Subscription
- Intellectual Property Rights
- The Application and its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
- User Obligations
You agree not to use the Application in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party's use of the Application, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Application.
4. Termination
The Company may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if it suspects that you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or computer.
5. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
